You know the feeling: a full showcase day, several fields, dozens of athletes, and a stack of profile sheets that may never make it out of your bag. You saw players with potential, but after a long weekend, it can be hard to remember who stood out and why.
At a showcase or tournament, you may see a hundred athletes or more in a single weekend. When a player catches your attention, you should be able to make contact right then. Scan her wristband or QR code, email her directly from the Softball Nation Coach Connect app, save her profile, add your notes, and rate her before moving to the next player. You have already made the connection while the moment is fresh. That means more real-time connections, more opportunities at every event, and a better use of your recruiting time—for free.
